Make a tiny house with no dies and no die-cutting machine! Download template here:
If you’d rather not print, these are the measurements
right side – mark at 2”, 7”, 9 1/2”
left side – mark at 1/2”, 4”, and 9”
midpoint of peaked house front is 5 1/2” from left side of page
Template will use two pieces of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock (or front and back of large cereal box) but scale on your copier to any size. Final size as presented is 7 1/2” tall x 5” wide x 3” deep.
64% scale will take one sheet of cardstock and make a house 4 3/4″ tall. 50% scale will take one-half a sheet of cardstock and make a house 3 3/4″ tall.
Black lines are score lines. Use a scoring tool or run a pencil or pen (with lead or ink retracted) along the score lines and fold against the edge of a straight table. Red lines are cut lines. Assemble with glue or double-sided tape.

Inspired by latest Ellen Hutson release, Summer Cottage by Julie Ebersole which you can find here https://www.ellenhutson.com/summer-cottage-by-julie-ebersole-essentials-by-ellen-designer-dies/ . It’s super-cute, but do I need yet another tiny house die set? No, no I do not. But there’s the link in case you are not similarly over-supplied. Assembled size is 3 x 4 x 3.
